At Lotion, Shave Cream & More, we want you to love your skin. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
